CANCELLATION POLICY

At least 24 hours notice is required for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of the service fee. Late Arrivals: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will need to be rescheduled. Arriving more than 15 minutes late will be considered a no-show, and the full service fee will apply.
